NEW YORK: January 22, 2015
Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York Will Lead a Pilgrimage to the Holy Sites of Asia Minor

His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, will lead a pilgrimage to the holy sites of Asia Minor from November 1-16, 2015. During the two-week trip, pilgrims will visit the former capital of the Byzantine Empire, Constantinople, cave churches and monasteries hidden among the hills and mountains of storied Cappadocia and the episcopal seat of St Nicholas of Myra the Miracle-worker. The schedule also includes the cities of the Seven Churches of the Book of Revelation, Patmos Isle of St John the Theologian and many other holy sites.
