An evening devoted to the 40th anniversary of the glorification of the Holy New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia and the 25th anniversary of the canonization of St Jonah of Hankow will be held at the Synodal Residence

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad, His Grace Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan is issuing an open invitation to a lecture, brief concert of the Tsar-Martyr Nicholas Male Choir and reception on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the glorification of the Holy New-Martyrs and Confessors of Russia and the 25th anniversary of the glorification of the Hierarch and Wonderworker Jonah (Pokrovsky), Bishop of Hankou.

When: Sunday, October 31, at 7 pm.
Where: In the reception hall of the Cathedral of Our Lady of "the Sign" at the Synodal residence of the First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad in New York (75 E. 93rd Str., New York, NY).
Topic of the lecture: "Glorification of the Saints in the Russian Church Abroad" (in Russian).
Speaker: Archpriest Serafim Gan.

At the end of the lecture, discussion and concert, His Grace will host a reception.
