Photo-report on the visit of the Myrrh-streaming Icon of the Iveron-Hawaiian Mother of God of to the Old Cathedral of the Western American Diocese
On the eve of the feast day of the Annunciation of the Most-Holy Mother of God, Myrrh-streaming Icon of the Iveron-Hawaiian Mother of God visited San Francisco. The miracle-working image was present at the meetings and divine services of the Great Lenten Pastoral Conference of the Western American Diocese. On Monday, April 1, 2019, the icon was brought to the Old Cathedral of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow” on Fulton Street, and an akathist was served to the Mother of God.
