The Pilgrimage Department of the German Diocese will lead a tour titled “The Royal Churches of Germany”

The Pilgrimage Department of the German Diocese will lead a tour titled “The Royal Churches of Germany,” intended to provide a prayerful memorial to the Holy Royal Passion-Bearers, Tsar Nicholas II and his family, who were martyred 100 years ago. The trip will be held on May 19-21, 2018.

Included in the tour will be visits to:

Wolfsgarten Castle, where Holy Grand Duchess Elizabeth and Holy Empress Alexandra were born and raised;

The Castle Museum in Darmstadt;

An exhibit on the 150th anniversary of the birth of Tsar-Martyr Nicholas II;

All-night vigil at St Mary Magdalene Church in Darmstadt;

Liturgy at St Elizabeth Church in Wiesbaden;

A visit to the Russian cemetery in Wiesbaden;

A visit to St Nicholas the Wonderworker Church in Frankfurt;

Festive Liturgy at the chapel of the crypt of Queen Ekaterina Pavlovna of Wurttemburg on Rotenberg Mountain (Stuttgart).
