The First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad Sends a Gramota to the Church of All Russian Saints


From the Editors: On Sunday, November 18, 2012, the Parish of All Russian Saints in Burlingame, CA, marked its 60th anniversary. With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America, His Grace Bishop Theodosius of Seattle officiated at divine services. The First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia sent a decree of blessing to the parish:

Gramota from the President of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia to Protopriest Stefan Pavlenko, the Parishioners and Worshipers of the Church of All Russian Saints in Burlingame, CA.

In view of the earnest, salvific service of many years by the rector, clergymen, wardens, members of the parish council, sisterhood, choir directors and singers, the teachers and students, living participants, parishioners and worshipers of the Church of All Russian Saints in Burlingame, CA, and in connection with the sixtieth anniversary of the parish, we express our Primatial gratitude and call Divine blessings upon you, prayerfully wishing you all good health and all successes in your parish life and righteous labors to the glory of God and the benefit of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. This gramota of blessing bears witness to this, duly signed and sealed with the Synodal stamp in the God-preserved city of New York on November 18, 2012, the anniversary of the episcopal consecration of Archbishop Anthony (Medvedev, +2000) of blessed memory.
