The Eastern American Diocese Prepares for the Celebration of the Fifth Anniversary of the Restoration of Unity Within the Russian Orthodox Church

On Tuesday, January 31, with the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, the first meeting of the local organizing committee for the joint Pastoral Conference for Clerics of the Eastern American Diocese and the Moscow Patriarchate, dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Act of Canonical Unity within the Russian Orthodox Church was held at Holy Protection Church in Nyack, NY.
