Metropolitan Hilarion to Perform Divine Services in the Cathedral of the Holy New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia
 

On Saturday, July 3, 2010, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, will visit the Cathedral of the Holy New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia in Munich, Germany. All-night vigil will begin as usual at 5:00 pm. Afterwards, the clergymen will attend an official reception.  

On Sunday, July 4, the greeting of the Metropolitan is scheduled for 9:40 am. Joining the Primate of the Russian Church Abroad will be His Eminence Archbishop Mark of Berlin and Germany and His Grace Bishop Agapit of Stuttgart. After Divine Liturgy, a trapeza will be offered, likely under the open skies, at which goodbyes will be said to Vladyka Agapit, who will be departing for Australia the following day for temporary assignment. The Diocese of Australia and New Zealand has been under the omophorion of Metropolitan Hilarion for many years.
