On the Sunday of the Myrrh-bearing Women, according to tradition, His Eminence Metropolitan Laurus officiated at divine services at the Church of the Entrance into the Temple of the Mother of God in Syracuse, NY, whose Rector of many years is Mitred Protopriest Nicholas Tkatschow.

After liturgy, His Eminence congratulated the Sisters of the Parish on their feast day.
